I read somewhere that everyone is born with it, but as the brain developes, it closes off the connected nerve endings etc. So anyone that has it past, like, three, has a brain that forgot to fix that.

I don't get teased about, I feel so bad for him. XD everyone asks me what color their voice is >> It certainly makes music way more enjoyable. :]

I know about that, too. I have a mild form of it, particularly related to sound and color as well! Even though the most common form is to see color on letters (colorgraphex or colorgraphem), I don't have that.

Yeah I see what you mean. For example when I listen to a certain music genre/artist saay, UVERworld, I think of the color blue. Some mentioned somewhere how it was red and it completely threw me off XDD it's just not possible for it to be red. The cover of the albums don't match the music, either XD but this feels like crazy talk haha.

I think the color changes by song, though some artist's songs are so similar they look alike.

Maybe the color differs from person to person?

I think it's so awesome when the song title is the correct color, like Red Admiral or Blue Army. :D sometimes I don't get it, like, uh, Red Blue Purple (sounds pretty white/blue to me when I hear it.) o_O

Is blue the most common color you hear? I think it is for me, and colors like yellow or gold are rarest

It's different from person to person. No one has the same perceptions as someone else. Even with synesthesia 8D

The most common color I see is blue and sometimes green. No wonder green is my fav color XD
